Return Policy – NaNaNaa Perfumes
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, tested, or sprayed. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the best way is to request a return for your unopened item and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. However, this right only applies if the perfume is unopened and unused and still in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
