Quick profile
A bright citrus gourmand built on a historic amber structure, opening like a sweet lemon liqueur and settling into a glowing ambreine base. It wears smooth and present, first sparkling and edible, then soft, candy like and warmly persistent.
This perfume is: citrus gourmand, lemon dessert, ambery, sweet, softly resinous, elegant with playfulness
This perfume is not: dry cologne, green aromatic, smoky incense, floral, mainstream.
Opening and evolution
The first impression is mouthwatering and luminous. Lemon and bergamot create a glossy citrus top that smells like warm lemon syrup or a fine lemon liqueur. The citrus is rounded rather than sharp. Star anise supports this effect. In this dosage it does not read as spice, but as a sweet aromatic lift that thickens the lemon and makes it feel slightly candied.
As the citrus brightness begins to fade, the structure underneath becomes clear. Ambreine rises from the heart. Ambreine is a classical amber material that gives warmth and a soft, slightly animalic glow. It transforms the sparkling lemon into something smoother and more enveloping. Elemi resinoid adds a lemon tinted resin bridge between the top and the base, keeping continuity between freshness and warmth.
In the drydown, labdanum provides balsamic depth while vanillin and coumarin soften the composition into a gentle candy like amber. Modern musk replacers create diffusion without heaviness. The result is a soft amber cloud close to the skin, as if lemon sugar has melted into warm resin and amber.

The story
This perfume reinterprets a foundation first explored in 1905, when bergamot, vanillin, coumarin, patchouli, sandalwood, rose, labdanum, vetiver, heliotropin and nitromusks formed one of the early modern amber structures. That classical skeleton remains, but the balance is shifted toward pleasure and edible citrus brightness.
The lemon is deliberately overdosed to create a syrupy dessert effect rather than a traditional cologne freshness. Star anise amplifies sweetness without turning spicy. Beneath that, the ambreine accord forms the core. Ambreine gives the perfume its glowing warmth and rounded body. Labdanum adds resinous depth, while vanillin and coumarin create the smooth gourmand effect. Modern musks replace the heaviness of historic nitromusks and provide a soft, persistent aura.
The result is a dialogue between heritage structure and present day indulgence. It moves clearly from sparkling lemon dessert to soft amber candy, without losing coherence. You wear it as a classic alcohol perfume, but what stays on skin is warmth, sweetness and a gentle amber glow.
